        Is this a group program?
        Yes. This means that you will receive coaching and training alongside other families working towards a healthier home. You will receive instructions to access all material on the program’s online membership site. It is clearly laid out so you can simply follow the proven process I’ve created, step-by-step. No more guesswork or running yourself in circles! You will also be invited to join the Healthy Home Method private Facebook Group, where live coaching sessions and bonus expert interviews will be held. Recordings will be available for those who cannot attend live. 

        If you wish to receive premium 1:1 coaching, I’m happy to discuss options with you. 
        How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
        It can take as much or as little time as you want, but expect about 1 hour per week with the flexibility to come and go as you're able. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out, but it’s also designed with busy families in mind. Each module is broken up into bite-sized sections, with video/audio trainings about 10 minutes each. You'll have access to the materials for an entire year, so you can go through it at your own pace.
        How do I know if this program is right for me?
        If you’re concerned about your family’s health and want to reduce your exposure to toxins that are linked with cancer, infertility, obesity, childhood development concerns, hormone disruption, fatigue, asthma, allergies, and more… but you’re feeling lost and overwhelmed at what the best steps are, then this program is for you. You have to be willing to make changes. Yes, I’ve made it super simple and easy to follow, but results won’t happen if you don’t put in the work. 
        Where do I have to shop to get the products you recommend? 
        I provide links to purchase recommended products, from reputable online retailers in Canada and the US as much as possible. You also have all the brand names and specific product details to search your local shops outside Canada and the US as well.
        How much will all the products cost me?
        This depends on each specific family’s needs and goals. My approach to detoxing your home isn’t an all-or-nothing strategy. I will help you find products that work for you and your lifestyle, plus give you ways to save money in other ways. Depending on your current habits, you may find that the green products and strategies I teach end up costing you less than you’re spending now! 
        I don’t live in Canada. Will the information and products still apply?
        Yes! I’ve had clients from across Canada, the US and UK successfully go through the program. You might need to spend a bit more time finding local retailers, but you also have access to my Facebook Group with others who can help streamline this for you. And it’s not just about buying products. The strategies I coach you through are easily applicable and implemented, no matter where you live.
        What if I have trouble accessing the program or have a question? How can I get help? 
        We are available via email, typically Monday through Friday, from 9:30am - 3pm EST. 
        What if I don’t like it? Can I get a refund?
        If you are unsatisfied with the Healthy Home Method, I am happy to refund you 100% of the program cost. To request a refund, you must demonstrate that you have completed the Quick Start material and Module 1 In the Bathroom within 30 days of registration. Once you submit your completed worksheets, along with a summary of the materials and lessons that did not meet your expectations, and have demonstrated that you put effort into the start of the program but still your expectations were not met, I will refund the full price of the program, no further questions asked.
        I live in an apartment/condo. Will the strategies still apply to me? 
        Yes! There are different levels of control you have when you're in an apartment or condo building, and I'll address those for you.
        What if I'm already pretty healthy/green? 
        I've specifically designed this program to apply to a range of knowledge and experiences. I have built in strategies that will push your knowledge and build on the work you've already done. Even participants who considered themselves to have a strong understanding of healthy home strategies have reported big lessons learned and felt the program was worth every penny.
        Can’t I just do this on my own by reading your blog? 
        The short answer is: yes. You can learn anything you want to learn about any topic thanks to Google. But this program doesn’t just teach you the what, but most importantly the how.
